Last fall, the Iowa City Area Association of REALTORS® made a progressive move in conjunction with the Cedar Rapids Area Association of REALTORS® by signing a lockbox reciprocity in order to simplify the lockbox system for agents across both boards. We believe this was a reflection of ICAAR’s core values – we make it a point to be a forward-thinking and collaborative board within the state of Iowa that prides itself on providing outstanding member benefits.
As always, we have been looking for other partners across the state with the same mindset. Just as ICAAR was able to do with Cedar Rapids last fall, we have now reached a full SentriLock Reciprocity agreement with the East Central Iowa Association of REALTORS®, so that members of both associations can access lockboxes on both systems. We believe this will simplify the process for members, as well as encourage building future relationships.
This new update is effective immediately. To access this, please update your SentriLock card to reflect the new changes as soon as possible. No updating will be necessary for the SentriLock App to reflect the new reciprocity.
