ICAAR Annual Inaugural Banquet & Awards Ceremony: 2024
On October 10, 2024, the Iowa City Area Association of REALTORS® gathered at Hancher Auditorium to host the annual Inaugural Banquet and Awards Ceremony. The Inaugural Banquet marks the inauguration of the 2025 Board of Directors and the new 2025 President of ICAAR, Phil O’Brien. Below is your 2025 Leadership:

In his outgoing speech, 2024 President Tyler Riddle could not have put it better: “To all the members, thank you for your dedication to professionalism, your commitment to your clients, your contributions to the broader real estate community and all of the community service that is done on an annual basis. Together, we have made a lasting impact, and I know ICAAR will continue to be a driving force for positive change, because that’s what we do and who we are as REALTORS.”
2025 President, Phil O’Brien gave a charge to all of his fellow REALTORS to collaborate together with grace, as we all navigate industry changes ahead. He made a promise to do this himself in his incoming presidential speech, stating his excitement for the upcoming year.
