ICAAR 2025 Scholarship Applications

Each year, the Iowa City Area Association of REALTORS® Community Service Scholarship Program awards several deserving students within our service area, as selected by the Iowa City Area Association of REALTORS® Scholarship Committee.

The ICAAR Scholarship Foundation was created to award scholarships to graduating high school seniors within the ICAAR service area. As ICAAR knows the importance of being involved in our community, scholarship recipients are chosen based on their outstanding accomplishments and dedication to serving our community through volunteering and other philanthropic efforts.

All graduating high school seniors within the extended Iowa City Area are eligible to apply for our High School Scholarship (awarded in the amount of $2000, $1500, or $1000). For graduating seniors who are children of active ICAAR REALTOR® Members, we offer the Cheryl Carroll-Nelson Scholarship (awarded in the amount of $2000).

The scholarship awards are made possible by contributions from REALTOR® and Affiliate members of ICAAR. In the last several years, the Scholarship Foundation has provided over $40,000 in scholarships. 2025 Applications are open now through April 11th, at the links below.
