To honor April as Fair Housing Month, ICAAR is bringing back the Fairhaven challenge, encouraging all members who have not yet done so, to take part in the training.

Fairhaven is a fair housing virtual simulation created by the National Association of REALTORS. In the online world of Fairhaven, agents must choose how to respond to various scenarios involving discrimination in real estate. This program is free to all members, and takes about 60-90 minutes to complete.

All month long, ICAAR will be highlighting our members who have completed the Fairhaven Challenge on our social media – See those who have already completed Fairhaven here.

All ICAAR members who complete Fairhaven by April 30th will be entered into a drawing to win free 3rd quarter dues!
