A Successful REALTOR Ring Day for ICAAR

REALTOR Ring Day was on Friday December 6th this year, and is a tradition that ICAAR members look forward to annually–with good reason. REALTOR Ring Day is not only a great way to support the Salvation Army and local families in need, but it also strengthens the bond between our REALTORS and the communities they serve. There’s something incredibly special about being out there in the cold and ringing bells with a smile, knowing that every donation, no matter how small, is making a real difference for families who rely on the Salvation Army for support during the holiday season.

This year we had over 45 volunteers ringing bells all day, at 6 different locations in North Liberty, Coralville, and Iowa City.

And the results speak for themselves. In past years, ICAAR members have helped raise as much as $30,000 on Ring Day alone. This is money that directly supports local programs and services, including emergency shelter, food, clothing, and holiday gifts for children in need.

As REALTORS, our members are deeply connected to the local community. Whether it’s helping people find their dream homes, supporting local businesses, or lending a hand during times of crisis, REALTORS know that community is everything. As we head into the holiday season, ICAAR is proud that our members not only help people find homes but also give back in ways that truly make a difference.
