For many years our Association has prided itself on being a progressive entity, committed to both our member’s success, as well as being the voice of real estate for our local area.
Back in March 2020, our Board of Directors voted to give our members a new website, and with it, a refreshed brand identity. And in the months that followed, we’ve worked to create an updated brand that would accurately depict who are, to both our members and the public.
See beyond the architectural window that looks into the houses you represent. The solid blocks of gold embody the blocks of our neighborhoods, homes, yards, parks, and businesses that make up our great community. The arch of the window and gold color is also a nod to the gold leaf-covered cupola of the Old Capitol Building – a symbol of what grew our area into what it is today.

With a more interactive and user-friendly MLS search tool on the homepage, and an updated membership directory (searchable by designations, certifications, and more), icaar.org can be the local voice of real estate.
