2025 ICAAR Scholarship Recipients

ICAAR is pleased to announce the 2025 ICAAR Scholarship Foundation Recipients

The ICAAR Scholarship Foundation, of the Iowa City Area Association of REALTORS® (ICAAR), is presenting scholarship awards to four graduating seniors from within the greater Iowa City Area this month. Each recipient received up to $2,000 in scholarship to be put towards future education expenses.

For several years, the Scholarship Foundation has recognized students who have exemplified a deep commitment and understanding of community service, involvement, and philanthropy. The selection committee is comprised of Past Presidents of the Association.

This year’s recipients:

• Charlie Firmstone, Iowa City High School, $2,000 (Cheryl Carroll-Nelson Scholarship)
• William Aitchison, Regina Catholic High School, $2,000 (ICAAR High School Scholarship)
• Lilly Barre, Highland High School, $1,500 (ICAAR High School Scholarship)
• Owen Einwalter, Solon High School, $1,000 (ICAAR High School Scholarship)

All students will be recognized by their respective schools, and the Scholarship Foundation.

The scholarship awards are made possible by contributions from REALTOR® and Affiliate members of ICAAR. In the last seven years, the Scholarship Foundation has provided over $45,000 in scholarships.
