2024 ICAAR Scholarship Recipients

ICAAR is pleased to announce the 2024 ICAAR Scholarship Foundation Recipients  

The ICAAR Scholarship Foundation, of the Iowa City Area Association of REALTORS® (ICAAR), is presenting scholarship awards to four graduating seniors from within the greater Iowa City Area this month. Each recipient received up to $2000 in scholarship to be put towards future education expenses. 

For several years, the Scholarship Foundation has recognized students who have exemplified a deep commitment and understanding of community service, involvement, and philanthropy. The selection committee is comprised of Past Presidents of the Association. 

This year’s recipients: 

  • Peyton Braddock, West Branch High School, $2000 (Cheryl Carroll-Nelson Scholarship)
  • James Meggitt High School, $2000 (ICAAR High School Scholarship)
  • Adeline Lillis, Williamsburg High School, $1500 (ICAAR High School Scholarship)
  • Eva Plathe, Clear Creek Amana High School, $1000 (ICAAR High School Scholarship)

All students will be recognized by their respective schools, and the Scholarship Foundation.

The scholarship awards are made possible by contributions from REALTOR® and Affiliate members of ICAAR. In the last six years, the Scholarship Foundation has provided over $40,000 in scholarships.
