ICAAR Challenges Members to Complete Fairhaven

It’s Fair Housing Month, and we’re challenging our members to take on NAR’s President’s Challenge to raise awareness of discriminatory issues in our industry. The Fairhaven Simulation is a crucial step in this mission.

Fairhaven is a fair housing simulation training for REALTORS® that uses the power of storytelling to help members identify, prevent, and address discriminatory practices in real estate. Inspired by real stories, this innovative online experience confronts discrimination in the homebuying process, both as an agent and a homebuyer.

This training is free for all members and helps you become a better advocate for fair housing and the future of our industry.

Members who complete Fairhaven by May 31 will be entered in a drawing to win a free quarter of ICAAR Dues!
