Recently, the Iowa City Area Association of REALTORS®’ Board of Directors approved a motion to add another area to our Sentrilock reciprocity list. Southeast Iowa Regional Board of REALTORS® is now included in this list, along with the others that were brought on earlier this year: the Muscatine Board of REALTORS®, Quad City Area REALTORS®, and the Northeast Iowa Regional Board of REALTORS®. We currently have SentriLock reciprocity with the Cedar Rapids Area Association of REALTORS®, as well.
With the passing of this motion, primary members will be able to use their SentriLock account to access lockboxes in any showings that may land in the previously mentioned boards’ areas of business. Rather than having to reach out to a listing agent or pay an additional fee, members can utilize their SentriLock mobile app and account to open the lockbox and begin their showing.
